Global analyst house Ovum have awarded IT Service Management (ITSM) leader Axios Systems the highest rating in four key assessment categories.
Highlighted within the Ovum Decision Matrix for ITSM powered by software-as-a-service (SaaS), the categories in which Axios scooped the top position include:

Ovum’s independent evaluation helps senior IT leaders compare ITSM solutions within the SaaS space.
