LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - Jan 5, 2016) - Arkadin's Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Olivier de Puymorin, announced today his decision to put the appointment of Didier Jaubert as CEO of Arkadin SAS for the approval of the shareholders. As CEO Mr. Jaubert will have operational management responsibility of Arkadin, the business entity that controls Arkadin's worldwide subsidiaries. Arkadin is a subsidiary of NTT Communications and one of the largest and fastest growing Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) services providers worldwide, with 56 operations centers in 33 countries.

In making the announcement Olivier de Puymorin said he will remain CEO of Arkadin International, the holding company that oversees Arkadin, to focus on group strategy and the relationship with NTT Communications, working closely with Didier Jaubert.
