Ascom Wireless Solutions, en førende leverandør af løsninger til intern kommunikation i sundhedssektoren (ICT), meddeler, at Ascom Unite Messaging Suite har opnået interoperabilitet med STANLEY Healthcares AeroScout® Real-Time Location System (RTLS). Integrationen gør det muligt at sende alarmer fra STANLEY Healthcares AeroScout® Real-Time Location System (RTLS) via Ascom Unite til forskellige medarbejderes mobile enheder, fx smartphones. Det kan blandt andet anvendes i forbindelse med personsikkerhed, sporing af udstyr, beskyttelse af indlagte samt alarmering i forbindelse med temperaturafvigelser i kølerum.
Denne direkte adgang til information om udstyrets tilstand og status, personalets og patienters postionering, gør sundhedsudbydere i stand til at træffe bedre og mere koordinerede beslutninger og dermed opnå mere strømlinede arbejdsgange og en bedre patientpleje. Tilføjelsen af real-time location data fra STANLEY Healthcares løsninger vil udvide anvendelsesområdet for Ascom Unite – en middleware-platform, som forbinder tidskritiske systemer med mobilt personale og leverer avanceret messaging via en række forskellige mobile enheder.
