Global business process outsourcing (BPO) partner arvato UK has strengthened its Public Sector and Contact Centres business with the appointment of David Morton as Sales and Solutions Director.
David will be responsible for driving sales and developing arvato’s solutions for its strategic growth markets of local and central government BPO and shared services, and private sector customer relationship management (CRM). He’ll also target new business opportunities for arvato’s cyber security and public healthcare practices.
With over 20 years’ experience within public and private sector outsourcing, David has held senior sales and business development roles with leading providers including Capita and Ventura. He joins arvato from Firstsource Solutions, where he was Vice President Business Development, focusing on building a public sector business together with addressing both public and private healthcare markets.
