Asterand Bioscience, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of AdeptBio LLC, a Memphis-based biobank organization, which specializes in procurement of human tissue specimens.

AdeptBio’s people and supply network will be incorporated into Asterand Bioscience’s existing custom procurement offering, expanding our exceptional global network of more than 80 collaborating donor institutions. This individually managed custom collection service allows Asterand Bioscience to deliver human tissues, biofluids, and accompanying clinical information in a manner which is most compatible with specific experimental needs of the pharmaceutical and diagnostic community.
