WILLIAMS-LEA
Williams Lea, a leading specialist Business Process Outsourcing provider, today announced an updated service offering and brand identity, along with a new website.
“With this launch, our clients can have confidence in the long term future of working with Williams Lea,” stated Dan Ellerton, Williams Lea Group CEO. “Our solutions have evolved to combine re-engineered procedures, leading technologies and highly experienced collaborative client teams to help shape tomorrow’s business processes. Our new brand and identity embody the promise that we can help take our clients to the next level.”
Williams Lea’s promise of organizational transformation, improved efficiency, increased effectiveness and reduced risk is now supported by three newly defined core offerings: Digital and Document Workflow, Business Support Services and Customer Communications and Publishing.
“We use deep knowledge of our clients’ industry sectors to deliver best practices and innovative solutions in these three core areas,” Ellerton continued. “We have made and will continue to make investments in these services and in the sectors that are relevant to our clients. Our proven track record of delivery, our financial strength and our global reach enable us to deliver these solutions worldwide and our commitment to exceptional customer service remains without equal.”
Although its pre-existing logo represented continuity with the past, in reality, the Williams Lea business has been steadily evolving. Over the last several years, Williams Lea has increased its service portfolio and begun serving a broader range of clients and sectors in more locations around the world. The new Williams Lea logo, with its modern and more approachable elements, is a logical evolution from the current identity, and it showcases this new, dynamic and increasingly mature phase in the company’s emergence as a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing. The updated identity includes new yellow elements that allude to Williams Lea’s sister company Tag and its partnership with parent company Deutsche Post DHL Group.
“In 2013, we re-launched Williams Lea’s sister company Tag as the world’s leading brand services company,” explained Ellerton. “The combination of the now refreshed Williams Lea offering and our Tag capabilities is extremely exciting for our team and it provides a real opportunity for the Williams Lea and Tag Group to deliver greater value to the clients we serve.”
The refreshed Williams Lea brand identity, description of its evolved capabilities and the value Williams Lea delivers to clients can be found at the company’s new corporate website, www.williamslea.com .
