With ZTE’s end-to-end network sharing solution, HKT has achieved network interconnectivity and service convergence, setting the standard for global VoLTE interoperability. HKT’s converged 4G network provides users with the ability to use high-definition voice and video services to communicate with one another. KPIs such as VoLTE connection time and voice quality will be near perfect and users will be able to experience communication services of the same quality as before, and download files at a rate of up to 300 Mbps.

In 2012, ZTE provided CSL with a complete IMS-based VoLTE solution with voice call continuity support using enhanced single radio voice call continuity (eSRVCC) technology, and the VoLTE network was put in commercial use in 2014.

At the LTE World Summit 2014, ZTE won the Best LTE Core Network Product award for its xGW product, consolidating ZTE’s position as the industry’s leading evolved packet core (EPC) network provider in the 4G arena.
