Boyden , a global leader in executive search with more than 70 offices in over 40 countries, today announced that Kristine Cholewa , a highly regarded talent acquisition expert in the Nordic region, has joined the firm as a Managing Partner of Boyden Denmark .

Ms. Cholewa will play a key role in recruiting for CEOs, Board of Directors and other senior executive roles in the Technology, Business & Professional Services, Private Equity, Industrial and Life Sciences sectors, and work with boards on achieving diversity goals. Her client portfolio spans both Nordic and international recruitment, talent strategy and processes, and leadership assessment.

Prior to Boyden, Cholewa was an Equity Partner of a top Denmark-based executive search firm for eight years. Previously, she served for many years in various senior roles within other leading global executive search and consulting firms, including Global Head of Recruitment and Head of HR in an international consulting firm.

Cholewa holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics and business administration from Copenhagen Business School and an executive board programme certificate from INSEAD.
