CA-QUANTENNA/LANTIQ
CES — Quantenna Communications, Inc ., the leader in ultra-high performance Wi-Fi, and chipset supplier Lantiq today announced the availability of a joint system solution to address the Ethernet Retail Router market. The solution combines Quantenna’s QSR1000 4x4 802.11ac with the Lantiq’s GRX300 communications processor family and brings ultra-high performance Wi-Fi technology to the mid-range Ethernet Retail Router market. Today’s AC1750 and AC1900 mid-end routers are offering only 3x3 802.11ac. The Lantiq /Quantenna AC2000 solution boosts the 5GHz Wi-Fi performance by offering 4x4 11ac including MU-MIMO, while optimizing the 802.11n Wi-Fi towards the existing 1x1 and 2x2 clients.
“We are the leader in ultra-high performance Wi-Fi and are the only company able to offer a 4x4 802.11ac solution for the retail router market. We are excited that, together with Lantiq, we could create a new AC2000 Router category and bring our high-end solution with Wi-Fi link rates of 1,700Mbps into the mid-range Ethernet router segment,” said Lionel Bonnot, senior vice president of business development, Quantenna.
“The Ethernet Retail Router market today requires highest performance 11ac technology, while there is still the need to serve existing 1x1 and 2x2 11n clients well. Through this strategic partnership with Quantenna we are able to address these market requirements with a single platform. By combining Quantenna’s 4x4 11ac and Lantiq’s 11n technology we are offering an extremely attractive solution for the Ethernet Retail Router market,” said Matthias Kindler, director of marketing, Residential Gateway Solutions, Lantiq.
The joint system solution creates a whole new category of mid-range Ethernet Router products and will help Ethernet Router customers to clearly differentiate their product from existing solutions. The modular reference design connects the highly integrated Lantiq GRX300 to the Quantenna QSR1000 using 1RGMII or 2 RGMII. Thanks to the unique 802.11ac offloading capabilities, the Quantenna/Lantiq solution removes prevalent 802.11ac throughput bottle necks of today’s Wi-Fi products. In addition, Lantiq’s AnyClient™ beamforming technology actively extends the 11n Wi-Fi reach and improves data rates throughout the homes. Cost and footprint optimization is enabled by the integration of 2x2 Wi-Fi 11n into the Lantiq Network processor, which optimizes the support of all existing 1x1 and 2x2 Wi-Fi clients.
Availability
The QSR1000 chipset is a perfect match with Lantiq’s powerful GRX300 network processor family. Pre-integration on the system level has been achieved and the platform is available for customer designs now. First designs are expected to be available in retail stores in mid-2015.

About Quantenna Communications, Inc.
Quantenna is the global leader and innovator of ultra-high performance Wi-Fi semiconductor and system software solutions that establish benchmarks for speed, range, efficiency and reliability. Quantenna pioneered the delivery of seamless multimedia video and data anywhere indoors and outdoors. Quantenna was the first to deliver 4x4 chipsets that apply and expand 802.11n and 802.11ac Wi-Fi standards, and the first to implement MU-MIMO, an ingenious technology for transmitting data to multiple devices at once, dramatically increasing Wi-Fi network capacity while using the same amount of limited spectrum.
Quantenna continues to innovate and earlier this year unveiled the world’s first 10G Wi-Fi technology for a new generation of access points in the home, the enterprise and public spaces. With an innovative architecture enabling MIMO configurations up to an unprecedented 8x8, throughput and capacity up to 10Gbps and universal support for MU-MIMO clients, Quantenna’s 10G Wi-Fi will deliver extraordinary Wi-Fi capacity and performance while utilizing the minimum spectrum required and therefore creating the world’s maximum Geo-capacity Wi-Fi.
Quantenna is shipping tens of millions of its Wi-Fi chipsets that are being deployed by Tier One retail OEMs and telecom, cable and satellite service providers worldwide including AT&T, DirecTV, Orange and Telefonica. With the industry's highest performing Wi-Fi solutions, Quantenna is Wi-Fi Perfected.

CCM Biosciences Announces Presentation of Data on its First-In-Class AML Drug Program at ASCO 202520.5.2025 22:30:00 CEST | Press release
Company’s AML drug program is focused on both newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory FLT3-positive AML, overcoming major forms of resistance to FDA-approved FLT3 inhibitors, and outperforms other investigational inhibitors in a wide range of drug resistance models. CCM Biosciences, a diversified pharmaceutical discovery and development company, today announced the upcoming presentation of its next-generation FLT3 inhibitor drug program for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) at the 2025 Annual Conference of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), taking place May 30 to June 3 in Chicago. Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) is the most severe form of leukemia with few treatment options, and a malignancy frequently driven by mutations in the FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) gene. The FLT3 internal tandem duplication (ITD) and tyrosine kinase domain (TKD) mutations, particularly D835 and F691, appear in approximately 30% of AML patients, often leading to poor prognosis and resistance to exi

CCM Biosciences Announces Presentation of Data on its First-In-Class NSCLC Drug Program at ASCO 202520.5.2025 21:26:00 CEST | Press release
Company’s NSCLC drug program is focused on overcoming both mutational and non-mutational resistance to 3rd-generation EGFR inhibitors and outperforms other investigational 4th-generation inhibitors in a wide range of drug resistance models. CCM Biosciences, a diversified pharmaceutical discovery and development company, today announced the upcoming presentation of its 4th-generation EGFR inhibitor drug program for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at the 2025 Annual Conference of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), taking place May 30 to June 3 in Chicago. NSCLC, which accounts for 80% of lung cancer, is the most common cause of cancer death worldwide. Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-activating mutations (Del19 or L858R) are major oncogenic drivers of NSCLC. EGFR-positive NSCLC accounts for approximately 30% of all diagnosed cases of NSCLC (a similar market size to PD-L1-positive NSCLC, which is addressed by the world’s top-selling drug, Keytruda®).
