On booth A3 at the Innovation Center, Symbio FCell will showcase its 5 to 20 kW Fuel Cell Range Extender for electric vehicles, as well as its product roadmap for high power solutions from 80 kW to 300 kW.
The H2 Fuel Cell Range Extender solution designed and produced by Symbio FCell benefits from key technologies developed by one of its reference stakeholders, Michelin, as well as technologies from research center CEA, and polymer membrane provider Solvicore.
Visitors of the Michelin Challenge Bibendum will also be invited in the Ride & Drive session to discover and enjoy driving a Symbio FCell-equipped vehicle that is daily operated by the French Mail Postal services.
Past experimentations of such hybrid electric / hydrogen-powered vehicles, notably with French mail La Poste, has proven impressive productivity rise, together with a number of other side benefits like drastic improvement of workforce satisfaction, due to comfort of driving and vehicle affinity from drivers. For the enterprise, resource planning, brand responsibility and financials gains account amongst the largest set of benefits.
