Duff & Phelps Corporation, the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisor, announced the opening of a new office in Frankfurt. Daniel Kittlauss and Dr. Timo Willershausen, Managing Directors, will jointly lead this new office which will focus on providing the firm’s core valuation advisory services.
Duff & Phelps began developing its activities in Germany in 2006. In this country, its team comprises experts in valuation and corporate finance services. The firm advises private equity funds, law firms as well as leading companies– such as Airbus Group, BASF, Burda, KKR, ProSiebenSat.1 Group, Scout24 and Telefónica.
“Duff & Phelps is strengthening its presence in Germany, in order to deepen relationships with both existing and new clients and to further increase its industry focus on the telecommunications, media & technology as well as chemicals and healthcare sectors,” explains Andreas Stoecklin, Managing Director of Duff & Phelps and Country leader for Germany.

Daniel Kittlauss joins the Valuation Advisory Services practice of Duff & Phelps as a Managing Director. He brings more than 15 years of experience in performing valuations for financial and tax reporting, transaction and consulting purposes. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Daniel worked in the Valuation and Business Modeling practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
After more than 8 years working in Transaction Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dr. Timo Willershausen also joins Duff & Phelps as a Managing Director. His experience comprises deal advice and valuation gained on projects for large and midcap clients across various industries. He was a regular member in working groups for the German standard setter on business enterprise valuation (“FAUB”) and has published various articles on business valuation and finance issues.
