Mr. Seage has served as our CEO since our formation. Prior to this appointment, he served as Abengoa Solar's CEO beginning in 2006. Previously, Mr. Seage was Abengoa's Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Before joining Abengoa, he was a partner with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Seage holds a degree in Business Management from ICADE University in Madrid.
