The majority of the shares has been acquired from the founder, with the management keeping its vested interests within the company. INFOTEHNA is a leader in the development and delivery of regulatory compliance solutions for the life sciences industry. euroscript successfully develops solutions focusing on content-centric customer processes across several industries. The company not only provides industry specific business process services such as language, content-authoring and publishing services, but also supplies the applications supporting those processes. With this acquisition, euroscript makes another move to pursue its market development strategy, strengthening its life sciences segment by incorporating INFOTEHNA’s myPharmaExpert™ solution suite into their list of services.
