euroscript International SA closed the acquisition of the Heverlee (Leuven, Belgium) based content management solution provider Amplexor NV. The majority of the shares were acquired from venture capital funds, managed by Capricorn Venture Partners and private investors, while the management keeps its vested interests within the company. Amplexor has a yearly turnover of approximately EUR 11 million and employs ~90 ECM consultants and experts in Belgium and Romania.

euroscript has successfully developed a range of solutions focusing on content-centric customer processes. Since 2005 euroscript has not only provided industry specific business process services such as language, content authoring and publishing services, but increasingly implements and maintains the applications supporting those processes.

With the Amplexor acquisition, euroscript employs a total of 1,600 employees across 3 continents of which more than 250 focus on designing, developing, implementing and maintaining ECM solutions. The team comprises Language Technology and ECM product experts from technology vendors such as Across, Adobe, Alfresco, Drupal, EMC² , Liferay, Microsoft, Oracle, PTC, SDL and XTM. This helps the group successfully address the challenges within Global Content Management, Marketing & Digital Experience Management, Product Information and After Sales Management, Plant Engineering Information Management, Official Publications and Digital Workspaces.
