Vision-Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq:VSCI), a leading provider of unique flexible
endoscopic products utilizing its proprietary sterile disposable EndoSheath®
technology, today announced the full launch of the Company's official and
authorized fiber and video endoscope repair center for Europe through an
exclusive agreement with Rescope, a Netherlands-based facility dedicated to the
technical management and repair of endoscopes.

service and manage our overseas clients from the U.S. This exclusive agreement
with Rescope, a reliable and well-recognized professional repair partner,
ensures we are able to cost-effectively meet the needs of our growing European
customer base, expediting repairs while ensuring quality control," said Howard
Zauberman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vision-Sciences. "Our
expanded centrally-located service facility will provide front-and-center
expert service to our European customers, while supporting our current network
of 22 distributors in 16 countries and enabling our future expansion on the
continent." 

Under the terms of the three-year agreement, which commenced in December 2011,
Rescope is now authorized to repair the full line of Vision-Sciences
endoscopes, the 4000 Series of fiber optic flexible endoscopes and the 5000
Series of video flexible endoscopes, using Vision-Sciences-certified
manufacturer's parts, processes and quality standards.  Rescope is ISO 9001
certified and recently completed a nine-month infrastructure building, training
and validation period before becoming fully authorized by Vision-Sciences.
