Earnix , a leading provider of integrated pricing and customer analytics software for banks and insurers , has concluded its second annual Pricing & Innovation Summit. The event, which was held on October 23-24 at The May Fair in London, brought together more than 100 attendees from over 40 financial services companies and 22 countries, including Australia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Israel, Norway, Poland, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom and the USA.
The two-day summit agenda offered a series of presentations and panel discussions on a wide range of topics, including: behavioral economics, pricing sophistication, financial industry trends, and the future use of Big Data. The event also provided an environment for the attendees to network, discuss best practices, and informally share their Earnix experience.
The Summit program included esteemed guest speakers from AXA Global Direct, Axis Bank, Citibank, Generali and Travelex, as well as other leading financial institutions.
The keynote address was delivered by Professor Dan Ariely , the leading expert in the study of behavioral economics, a New York Times bestselling author and TED speaker, who discussed the implications of irrational consumer behavior for financial service providers.
