Chris Matthews, Chairman of Hay Group and CEO of HG (Bermuda) Limited, Announces New Appointment at Global Management Consultancy
Chris Matthews, Chairman of Hay Group and CEO of its parent company, HG (Bermuda) Limited, announced today the appointment of Stephen Kaye as President and CEO of Hay Group effective March 15, 2013. Stephen is currently Hay Group’s Chief Financial Officer.
Matthews will continue in the roles of Chairman of Hay Group and CEO of the parent, HG (Bermuda) Limited.

Stephen has been Chief Financial Officer of Hay Group since 1998 and later took on accountability for Administration and Information Technology. Steve holds a BSc Eng in mechanical engineering from Imperial College in the United Kingdom and is a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales.
