COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO 54/2026 - October 19, 2026
On August 17, 2026, Royal Unibrew announced a share buy-back program, cf. company announcement no. 44/2026.
The share buy-back program will be executed under EU Commission Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of April 16, 2014 (MAR) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”).
The share buy-back program is expected to be realized in the period from August 18, 2026, to December 18, 2026. The total transaction value of the share buy-backs in the period will not exceed DKK 300m.

With the transactions stated above Royal Unibrew owns a total of 2,180,245 shares, corresponding to 4.4% of the share capital. The total amount of shares in the company is 49,300,000, including treasury shares.
