Karri Alameri will leave his position as Chief Executive Officer of Oma Savings Bank Plc

Oma Savings Bank Plc ("OmaSp" or the "Company") and Karri Alameri have mutually agreed that Alameri will leave his position as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 5 November 2026, such that his employment relationship with the Company will end on 5 May 2027. Alameri will stand for election to the Board of Directors of OmaSp. OmaSp's Board of Directors will commence a process for nominating a new Chief Executive Officer.
