Change to the company´s board of Directors

The Board of Directors of NewCap Holding A/S hereby announces Caroline Soliman´s resignation from the board of directors.

The resignation follows that Caroline Soliman has accepted employment with a company which is incompatible with serving on the board of NewCap Holding A/S.

No extraordinary general meeting will be convened to elect a replacement board member.

The Board will assess its future composition and submit proposals for the election of board members at the Company´s next Annual General Meeting.
