Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, notice is hereby given that BlackRock, Inc. has notified ChemoMetec that, on 29 September 2026, BlackRock, Inc. increased its voting rights attached to shares in ChemoMetec to 15.08%, thereby exceeding the 15% threshold under section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.

BlackRock, Inc.’s position at that time was as follows:

• Voting rights attached to shares: 15.08%
• Voting rights through financial instruments: 0.00%
• The total of both: 15.08%

BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, which is part of the BlackRock Group, exceeded the 10% threshold under section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act and the 10% threshold for its total position under section 40 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.

BlackRock, Inc.’s total position on the same date was as follows:

• Voting rights attached to shares: 12.98%
• Voting rights through financial instruments: 0.05%
• The total of both: 13.03%

At the same time, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited held a total position of 10.04%, comprising 10.04% in voting rights attached to shares and 0.00% through financial instruments.

BlackRock, Inc.’s total position on the same date was as follows:

• Voting rights through financial instruments: 0.15%
• The total of both: 12.92%

At the same time, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited held a total position of 9.94%, comprising 9.79% in voting rights attached to shares and 0.15% through financial instruments.
