Trifork Group AG convenes Extraordinary General Meeting to approve special dividend and increase capital band

The Board of Directors of Trifork Group AG (the “Company”) has decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (the “EGM”) with the following agenda items:

• Approval of an extraordinary dividend distribution (in the form of a distribution from capital contribution reserves) of DKK 3.00 per share, following the successful closing of the partial divestment of minority investment assets in LabsX, as communicated in Company Announcement #41/2026.
• Increase of the capital band to authorize the Board of Directors to cancel up to 10% of the Company’s share capital (previously 5%), providing greater flexibility in the treatment of treasury shares acquired under buyback programs.

The EGM will be held on 28 October 2026 at 14.00 CET at Grabenstrasse 2, 6340 Baar, Switzerland.
