Nykredit Bank A/S to redeem Preferred Senior Notes

Nykredit Bank A/S has obtained approval from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority to redeem its EUR 250,000,000 Preferred Senior Fixed Rate Resettable Notes (ISIN DK0030528187) in accordance with the Final Terms.

The notes will be redeemed on the Optional Redemption Date on 5 October 2026 at the Outstanding Principal Amount together with accrued interest.
