Solvay confirms discussions with OneIM regarding a strategic partnership for its rare earths business

In response to recent media reports, Solvay confirms that it is currently engaged in discussions regarding a potential strategic partnership with One Investment Management (OneIM) for its rare earths business. There can be no certainty at this stage that these discussions will result in any agreement or transaction. A further announcement will be made if and when appropriate.
