Running a business can feel lonely. The decisions are constant, the challenges are personal and, too often, entrepreneurs are left asking the same question: Who can I call who actually understands what I’m going through?

The concept of Call Eva is simple: every entrepreneur needs someone they can call.

As a business owner herself, Longoria understands what it means to build, lead and take risks. Beyond her work as an actress, director and producer, Longoria is an entrepreneur and investor whose ventures span food, beverage, media and other consumer businesses. She is also the founder of the Eva Longoria Foundation, which works to expand educational and economic opportunities for Latinas.

Longoria also serves as global ambassador for Lenovo’s Twinning initiative, which connects entrepreneurs in different markets who are facing similar business challenges, creating peer-to-peer relationships where they can exchange experiences, perspectives and practical advice. The initiative brings to life a simple idea at the heart of Backing Every Business: entrepreneurs can go further when they have someone who understands the realities of building a business alongside them.

During Call Eva, she will respond to select questions and share lessons from her own entrepreneurial journey, creating an opportunity for insights that can extend beyond one business owner to a wider community of founders facing many of the same challenges.

“One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as an entrepreneur is that you don’t have to have all the answers yourself. Some of the best decisions start with asking someone you trust for insights, a fresh perspective or even just reassurance that you’re heading in the right direction,” said Eva Longoria, actress, producer, entrepreneur and Lenovo’s Twinning global ambassador. “That’s what I love about Lenovo’s Backing Every Business initiative and now Call Eva. We’re giving entrepreneurs a place to bring the questions they’re really wrestling with, because chances are, another business owner has faced similar dilemmas. If something I’ve learned along the way can help someone better navigate a challenge, make a tough decision or take their next step with more confidence, that’s incredibly meaningful to me.”

Building a bigger support system for small business

Earlier this year, Lenovo put its mission of providing real support for entrepreneurs around the world into action by connecting small business owners facing similar challenges across Japan, Mexico the U.K. and the U.S., giving founders the opportunity to learn from one another, share experiences and tackle real business challenges together.

With Call Eva, Lenovo is expanding that support even further, giving more entrepreneurs an opportunity to ask for help, share the challenges they’re navigating and learn from the experience of a fellow business owner.

Because while every business is different, entrepreneurs often face universal challenges.

What’s keeping entrepreneurs up at night?

Questions submitted through CallEvaNow.com will help address issues keeping entrepreneurs up at night, from navigating growth and leadership to hiring, marketing, AI adoption and managing competing priorities. Eva will address select questions and share insights and perspectives drawn from her own entrepreneurial experience, helping turn individual questions into conversations that can resonate with the broader small business community and benefit entrepreneurs everywhere. Eva’s commentary reflects her personal opinions and experience and does not constitute professional business, financial or legal advice.

“Technology can unlock enormous opportunities for small businesses, but technology alone doesn’t build a business. Entrepreneurs also need access to trusted advice, shared experiences and a community that understands the realities of building and growing a business,” said Emily Ketchen, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Intelligent Devices Group and International Markets, Lenovo. “Backing Every Business brings those pieces together and Call Eva gives us a new avenue to extend that support while listening directly to entrepreneurs about the challenges they’re navigating. By understanding their questions, we can continue to find meaningful ways to help small businesses move forward and grow with confidence.”

57% of Brands Can't Prove ROI on Sports Fan Engagement Despite Rising Investment8.9.2026 11:30:00 CEST | Press release

Infobip’s new global research reveals a gap between higher spend and measurable ROI Research commissioned by Infobip, the global AI-first cloud communications platform celebrating 20 years, shows brands are significantly increasing investment in sports fan engagement even as many struggle to prove business impact. The global study of 500 marketing and digital leaders across industries, including retail, financial services, telecoms, travel, and food & beverage in 11 markets found that brands currently allocate an average of 13% of annual marketing budgets to sports-related activations, and nearly 73% expect investment to increase over the next 12 months. Yet while live sports moments generate the highest levels of fan engagement, nearly half (47%) of organizations admit they struggle to deliver real-time engagement during live events, and more than half (57%) say it is difficult to prove the ROI of their sports marketing investments. Ben Lewis, VP Marketing and Growth at Infobip, said:
