Conscia acquires Swedish Splunk-specialist Siemify

Splunk is the market leader in SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), and in using analysis of machine data to increase organizations’ resilience against cyberattacks and operational disruptions. A strong demand is driven by increased cyber threats, growing complexity, and higher regulatory requirements from, for example, GDPR, NIS2, and DORA. The Cisco acquisition of Splunk is expected to close by the end of the third quarter, 2024. By combining Cisco’s data and solutions with Splunk’s analytical capabilities, they will address the growing needs within digital transformation, cybersecurity and data driven business development. Conscia Sweden also recently entered a strategic partnership with Splunk.

Siemify was founded in 2017 with a focus on Splunk and is today a complete provider of the platform. The company has about fifty customers in finance, fintech, and the public sector but also in manufacturing and retail.
