Conscia acquires Kanari Group, a leading provider of observability solutions for complex IT environments in the Nordic markets

The acquisition of Kanari follows Conscia acquiring Swedish Splunk-specialist Siemify earlier this spring and achieving Splunk Elite Partner status.

Kanari Group is Conscia’s 19^th acquisition in seven European geographical markets. The parties have agreed not to disclose financial details of the transaction. Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
