Conscia acquires Intuitive Systems and Networks to fuel expansion in the commercial sector in the UK

Copenhagen, 12 February 2025 – Conscia acquires UK-based Intuitive Systems & Networks (ISN), a secure network consultancy and managed services provider, to strengthen commercial market presence and further enhance cybersecurity and managed services offerings.

Conscia in the UK provides extensive expertise in cybersecurity, collaboration and networking across the UK, with a strong presence in the public sector and successfully expanding operations in the private sector. Complementing this position, ISN predominantly serves the corporate large mid-market and enterprise organizations with managed services within cybersecurity, software-defined solutions, and secure network and connectivity. They also support public sector organizations.

ISN’s team of 40 employees will be fully integrated into Conscia and continue to work out of the company’s base in Royal Wootton Bassett, while running in close partnership with the existing Conscia UK organization across Oxford and Portsmouth, bringing the overall headcount in the newly merged UK organization to 130.
