Change in Tulikivi Corporation’s Board of Directors

TULIKIVI CORPORATION  STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE  31 AUGUST 2026 AT 5:00 P.M.

Niko Haavisto has today, 31 August 2026, announced his resignation from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Tulikivi Corporation and as Chair of the Audit Committee. The reason for the change is Haavisto’s appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Fiskars Corporation as of 10 August 2026.

According to Tulikivi Corporation’s Articles of Association, the Board of Directors shall comprise a minimum of three and a maximum of seven members. Tulikivi Corporation’s Board of Directors now consists of Jaakko Aspara, Panu Paappanen, Mia Sirkiä, Satoko Taguma and Jyrki Tähtinen. Jyrki Tähtinen serves as Chair of the Board of Directors.

Panu Paappanen has given his consent to serve as Chair of the Audit Committee, and Mia Sirkiä has given her consent to serve as a member of the Audit Committee.
