AMBU APPOINTS HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS

Copenhagen, Denmark, 18 August 2026 – Ambu, the global leader in single-use endoscopy, today announces the appointment of Lisa Bedell Clive as its new Head of Investor Relations, effective immediately.

Lisa joins Ambu with 25 years of capital markets experience and an extensive track record in the global healthcare sector. For the past two decades, she has been with Bernstein, one of the world's leading investment research and brokerage firms, where she most recently served as Senior Research Analyst, covering the European Medical Devices & Services sector.

Through strong industry research, deep medical device sector expertise, and close engagement with healthcare company executives, key opinion leaders, and institutional investors, Lisa has earned a reputation as one of Europe's leading healthcare analysts.
