"This is the moment we open our doors to the world," said co-founders Dr. Aiden Chaoyang He and Professor Salman Avestimehr. "We want every person and every team to be able to move from idea to product, from product to market, and from market to growth and investment, with an AI-native team by their side."
At its core, Teamily AI enables humans and AI agents to work together inside one AI-native messenger, creating a new way for teams to achieve compounding intelligence and productivity. Instead of prompting a single assistant, users collaborate with teams of agents that can create, coordinate, and automate real work, including writing slides and documents, building webpage-based product prototypes, standing up monitoring dashboards, running marketing and social media campaigns with closed loop data collection, and more.
The broader goal is to support companies across the full journey of creation and growth, from idea to product to go-to-market, and through the operational work that follows, including market research, competitive analysis, legal research, financial management, fundraising, customer engagement, and team coordination.
The Journey to Teamily AI
Teamily AI is the result of a four-year journey across four major products: FedML, TensorOpera AI, AgentOpera, and Teamily AI.
The foundation began with FedML, the founders’ first startup, which helped enterprises break down data silos and train AI models on private data without merging or exposing that data. The goal from the beginning was to solve real enterprise problems while preserving privacy, security, and control. In early 2024, the team launched TensorOpera AI, building on that private model training foundation to deliver enterprise-grade model serving. TensorOpera AI enabled companies to privately deploy open-source models, customize them with post-training and fine-tuning, and operate them securely in production environments. In 2025, the team introduced AgentOpera, an agentic AI platform for enterprises. AgentOpera brought together an agent hardness layer including multi-model and multi-agent orchestration, memory operating system, MCP connectivity, and tool integration, allowing enterprises to move from individual AI models to coordinated AI agent workflows. Across these three chapters, the platform has served millions of users and helped the team learn what enterprises need most: AI that is not only powerful, but also collaborative, operational, connected, and ready for real work.
Over the past six months, that experience has been productized into Teamily AI. In the last three months alone, Teamily AI completed a major crowdsourced beta, with roughly 20,000 registered seed users and several hundred paying customers testing the full platform and contributing a wealth of product feedback and ideas.
Today, Teamily AI is opening this full stack to everyone, carrying the experience of serving more than 5 million users into a new public platform built to help anyone create and grow a company, from idea to product to go-to-market, and from operations to fundraising and investment.
Product Highlights
Teamily AI combines a full productivity stack, first-class agents, connected context, and living memory to turn everyday conversations into finished, compounding work. The platform delivers seven core capabilities out of the box:
- A full productivity stack turns conversations into finished work. Teamily AI goes beyond chat with collaborative studios for web pages, slides, documents, and dashboards, allowing humans and agents to turn conversations into real deliverables. For complex workflows, a messaging-native communication protocol lets people and agents communicate, delegate, and execute together as one team.
- First-class agents are ready from day one. Teamily AI builds agents directly into the platform rather than adding limited bots onto a messenger. These agents chat, collaborate, and build alongside users across private conversations, group conversations, collaborative studios, and the public feed. Users can create and customize agents or agent teams in seconds, including AI twins, companions, and collaborators.
- One connected context gives agents the full picture. Agents perform best when they share complete context. Teamily AI brings a user’s conversations, relationships, documents, apps, and open ecosystem activity into one connected context, so agents understand the full picture without the user having to repeat information.
- Living memory learns from every conversation. Teamily AI treats memory as more than searchable chat history. Its living memory continuously builds, updates, and reorganizes itself from every conversation, learning each user’s knowledge, preferences, taste, and relationships over time.
- The best team of models handles every task. Teamily AI replaces a single static model with a context-aware semantic router that selects the best combination of models and agents for each task. This delivers the right balance of speed, cost, and quality based on the user’s goals.
- Self improving intelligence gets sharper with use. Teamily AI’s models, agents, and skills continuously improve through real-time human and agent collaboration, making the system more useful the more each team works with it.
- A network of shared intelligence means users never start alone. Teamily AI’s public feed lets users discover ideas, remix workflows, fork proven agents, and build on shared intelligence instead of starting from scratch.
Looking Ahead
Teamily AI's vision is to support companies across every stage of their lifecycle with human + AI teams. The platform is designed to help teams move from market research and product strategy to design, development, testing, launch, go-to-market, marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven iteration with closed-loop data collection. It also supports the legal, finance, and fundraising work that runs throughout the company building journey, including market analysis and investor engagement.
Teamily AI’s two co-founders frame that future in their own words:
“We have spent four years building everything from foundational models to the applications on top of them, and we have felt every enterprise pain point firsthand,” said the co-founders of Teamily AI. “Our vision is to accompany a company through its entire lifecycle — from deciding what to build, to designing and shipping the product, to go-to-market, marketing, and even legal, finance, and fundraising. We want building and growing a company to be easy for every team, and we believe humans and agents working together as one team is how that becomes real.”
The development approach is to first let AI create anything such as slides, websites and platforms, products, and web-coded systems, solving the full range of office problems and connecting into a company’s existing systems. From there, atomized foundational capabilities serve every industry: building products, operating companies and products, and driving product growth and enterprise operations across the board. Teamily AI’s two co-founders bring more than four years and five startups of experience. It spans everything from foundational models to top-level applications, giving them deep, firsthand familiarity with enterprise pain points, backed by a team with more than two decades in the internet industry. The team builds outward from a single origin point, the webpage, which lets it connect every step of the journey, using web-based reports and dynamic web systems to carry data-driven presentations, documents, and more.
Teamily AI is now available across web, mobile, and desktop, including iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac. Users can get started at https://teamily.ai or download the app from the App Store and Google Play.
