Aeven Group appoints Mads Jakobsen as Chief Executive Officer in Sentia

In connection with the approval of Aeven's acquisition of Sentia, the two companies have been looking to consolidate the two companies. As part of this, Aeven's CDO, Mads Jakobsen, joins Sentia as CEO. He brings with him vast and broad experience from his many years of work in the IT industry.

Mads Jakobsen has been deeply involved in the acquisition of Sentia from the beginning. Since Sentia became part of Aeven Group, Mads has served as Integration Officer and is now looking forward to bringing his experience into play as executive leader in Sentia:

Mads keeps his seat in Aeven's Executive Leadership Team and thus represents Sentia in the Aeven Group. In connection with Mads Jakobsen taking over as CEO of Sentia, Henrik Bjørn Rasmussen, Chief Commercial Officer in Aeven, will be overall responsible for the sales and customer functions, and will be in charge of ensuring the close cooperation between the teams working with sales and existing customer relations in Aeven.

New member of the Executive Leadership Team in Aeven

Lotte Østergaard, who until today has been head of delivery to some of Aeven's largest customers, will head the part of the organization that focuses on all of Aeven's existing customers. At the same time, she joins Aeven's Executive Leadership Team and thus represents Aeven's customers in the management group.
