Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Solar A/S hereby announces that UBS Group AG has informed Solar that following its sale of shares on 7 April 2026, UBS Group AG holds 25,488,400 Solar B shares of DKK 100, corresponding to an ownership share of 3.18%.
