Possible Gap in Information Regarding Taaleri

On that day Taaleri issued a “Stock exchange release” which describes the decisions Taaleri’s shareholders made at Taaleri’s Annual General Meeting, which was also held on Wed. 8 April 2026.

Taaleri’s stock exchange release fails to say whether Taaleri informed its shareholders that Lawrence B. Landman has filed a Whistleblower Report through the reporting channel of the Office of Chancellor of Justice (Oikeuskansleri). This Whistleblower Report relates to what Landman suspects is fraud at a company in which Taaleri has invested, and on whose Board of Directors a Taaleri employee sits. This Whistleblower Report was filed in Feb. 2026 and relates to activities which took place in, among other years, 2025.

As background, on page 48 of its 2025 Annual Report Taaleri says, to summarize, that one may file a Whistleblower Report in two different ways. First, one may submit a Whistleblower Report through Taaleri’s “online whistleblowing channel,” and such Whistleblower Reports are sent to Taaleri’s “internal control function.” Or, second, one may file a Whistleblower Report regarding Taaleri through “the centralized external reporting channel of the Office of the Chancellor of Justice.”

Taaleri concludes page 48 by stating: “No suspected misconduct was reported in person
or through the whistleblowing channel to the internal control function in 2025.”

Taaleri fails to say whether anyone has filed a Whistleblower Report through the second alternative, “the centralized external reporting channel of the Office of the Chancellor of Justice.”
