Minutes from the Election Meeting

                                                                        Lysaker, 26 March 2026

The election meeting held on 26 March resolved to follow the Election Committee's recommendation by re-electing Sondre Gullord Graff as a board member, while Per Gustav Blom was re-elected as deputy member, both for a 2-year term.

In line with the Board's recommendation, Kristine Iren Nybø was elected as a member, while Lars Larsen was re-elected as a member of the Election Committee for a 2-year term.

After the election, the Board of Storebrand Storebrand Asset Management AS constitutes the following members:
