Solar A/S: No. 3 2026 Major shareholder announcement

Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Solar A/S hereby announces that UBS Group AG has informed Solar that following its purchase of shares on 9 February 2026, UBS Group AG holding of Solar B shares now totals 407,439 shares at DKK 100, corresponding to an ownership share of 5.09%.
