Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Solar A/S hereby announces that Tind Asset Management AS has informed Solar that following its purchase of shares on 5 February 2026, Tind Asset Management AS holding of Solar B shares now totals 403,263 shares at DKK 100, corresponding to an ownership share of 5.04%.
