Municipality Finance issues NOK 1 billion notes under its MTN programme

Municipality Finance Plc issues NOK 1 billion notes on 14 January 2026. The maturity date of the notes is 14 January 2032. The notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to 3-month Nibor plus 18 bps per annum.

The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 50 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular, the supplemental offering circular and the final terms of the notes are available in English on the company's website at https://www.kuntarahoitus.fi/en/for-investors.

MuniFin has applied for the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 14 January 2026.

Nordea Bank Abp act as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.
