Solar A/S: No. 16 2025 Major Shareholder announcement

Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Solar A/S hereby announces that UBS AG has informed Solar that following its sale of shares on 20 November 2025, UBS AG’s holding of Solar B shares now totals 372,705 shares at DKK 100, corresponding to an ownership share of 4.66%.
