Solar A/S: No. 15 2025 Major shareholder announcement

Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Solar A/S hereby announces that UBS AG today has informed Solar that following its purchase of shares on 14 November 2025, UBS AG’s holding of Solar B shares now totals 416,780 shares at DKK 100, corresponding to an ownership share of 5.21%.
