Recognized for innovation in both client and professional solutions, Widex earned top honors for the Widex Allure App and Compass Cloud in the 2025 Hearing Technology Innovator Awards.

The Widex Allure App won in the Best Hearing Device: Mobile App (Assistive Technology & Software) category, while Widex Compass Cloud earned the award for Best Clinical Product (Service Delivery).

The annual award program, hosted by Hearing Health & Technology Matters, celebrates the most forward-thinking solutions in the global hearing industry.

The Widex Allure App delivers intuitive audio personalization, seamless streaming, and built-in accessibility features, empowering users to take full control of their hearing experience. AI-powered Quick and Sound Assistants provide real-time recommendations and adjustments, while directional focus tools and a three-band equalizer let wearers fine-tune their sound in any environment. Users can stream calls, music, and media directly to their hearing aids with adjustable balance between streamed and ambient sound and save custom programs for different listening situations.

Accessibility is built into the app’s core design, with customizable display modes, adjustable text sizes, color contrast enhancements, and in-app tutorial videos to support onboarding and troubleshooting. Additional features include Apple Watch integration for volume, program changes, and battery status, as well as a “Find My Hearing Aids” function that locates lost devices via map and Bluetooth tracking. Fully compatible with iOS and Android, the Allure App combines robust functionality with sleek, user-friendly design, transforming the hearing aid experience from static adjustment to dynamic, user-guided personalization.

Widex Compass Cloud is the world’s first cloud-based hearing aid fitting platform, designed specifically for hearing care professionals, providing intuitive, data-driven tools that deliver more precise fittings and higher first-fit success. Developed hand-in-hand with clinicians, the platform integrates advanced features such as Widex Fitting Rationale 2.0 and Precision Fitting Tools, supporting highly accurate, natural-sounding fittings while reducing the time spent on technical setup.
