- This strategic collaboration positions Yespark Group to scale rapidly while future-proofing its electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.
- The partnership will initially cover France, Belgium, and Italy.

Copenhagen/Paris – Yespark Group, France’s leading digital parking rental platforms
(yespark.fr and zenpark.com) and charging station provider, has entered a collaboration with Spirii, an Edenred company and a leading provider of charging platform solutions, to support the rapid scaling of its charging network.
Yespark recently acquired the parking platform Zenpark, expanding its operations to over 100,000 parking spaces across 6,000 facilities in over 700 cities in France, Belgium, and Italy, including 1000 charging stations. The company meets all parking needs for drivers, from short-term to long-term parking, while also providing optimisation and digitalisation solutions for parking owners, serving a city that is becoming increasingly mobile and sustainable.
To enable this ambitious growth, Yespark has migrated all existing charge points to Spirii Connect, Spirii’s charge point management system designed for large-scale networks. Spirii Connect provides real-time monitoring, advanced smart charging, and energy management capabilities, ensuring efficient and reliable operation at scale.
Yespark and Zenpark platforms allow users to book both parking spaces and EV chargers directly via its mobile app. To ensure a seamless experience during the migration, Spirii has provided CPO (Charge Point Operator) services while working closely with Yespark to enhance APIs and integrate efficiently with Yespark’s booking app.
For Yespark, ensuring a stable, transparent migration process was a top priority, maintaining uninterrupted day-to-day service for customers while laying the foundation for sustainable future growth.
Charles Pfister, co-CEO and co-founder of Yespark, says:
"Migrating a charging network of our scale, while preparing it for future growth, is a complex undertaking that depends on trust. Together with Spirii, we established a solid process that ensured uninterrupted operations and no impact on our customers. We now have a robust infrastructure in place that supports the scalability and innovation needed to drive our continued expansion across Europe."
Tore Harritshøj, CEO and co-founder of Spirii, comments:
“Our collaboration with Yespark highlights the strong synergies that emerge when industry leaders join forces. By combining our platforms, expertise and reach, we are positioned to offer the best user-centric charging experience across Europe, while ensuring high utilisation for our partner network.”
