Leadership Transition at Mentech Group: Founding Couple Embarks on Global Venture as New Leadership Takes the Helm

After more than 16 years of dedicated leadership, founding couple Charlotte and Kristian Mensing are stepping down from their day-to-day operational roles as CEO and COO to take on strategic board positions within Mentech Group.

But this is far from a farewell — it’s a bold next step.

They will now dedicate their focus to Suppleo —that has quickly gained traction with its transformative approach to “Device-as-a-Service.” Built as a global-scale digital platform, Suppleo is already redefining how businesses manage IT and hardware services. With rapid growth underway, the venture now requires a more hands-on commitment to meet demand and accelerate expansion.

Taking over are Marcus Haglund as CEO, previously Chief Commercial Officer, and Fredrik Albertsson as COO, formerly Country Manager for Sweden.

The pair bring fresh perspectives and ambitious ideas, underpinned by a deep understanding of the repair industry. With a proven track record within Mentech, they are already recognized for their ability to drive progress and rethink how the sector operates. Their forward-looking strategy includes innovative changes that are set to push the boundaries of what customers can expect from sustainable, tech-driven repair services.

The new leadership is committed to delivering operational excellence, smart growth, and an enhanced customer experience — while continuing Mentech’s mission to offer high-quality, authorized repair solutions for over 20 global brands.
