It is with great pleasure that the two national hydrogen associations, Hydrogen Denmark and France Hydrogène, have agreed to strengthen their bilateral cooperation with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.

The MoU was signed by Tejs Laustsen Jensen, CEO Hydrogen Denmark, and Philippe Boucly, President France Hydrogène during the Economic Forum at the Danish State Visit to France.

Based on this MoU, Hydrogen Denmark and France Hydrogène will work together to advance cooperation between the Danish and French hydrogen sectors and to promote mutually beneficial hydrogen industry exchange and development. The areas of cooperation will include Policy & Regulations, Hydrogen Economics and various French Danish cooperation topics such as Skills, Research and Technologies.

We are very pleased to have signed this MoU with our colleagues and friends in France. Both of our organizations have been cooperating on numerous instances at the EU level and therefore we are happy to continue our efforts in a more formalized form. This will benefit both French and Danish hydrogen sectors. We look forward to the cooperation,” says Hydrogen Denmark’s CEO, Tejs Laustsen Jensen.

"This new step in our collaboration with Hydrogen Denmark is a strong testament to our desire to build, together, a solid and high-performing European hydrogen sector. Hydrogen is more than an opportunity; it is a strategic imperative for our energy and industrial sovereignty. Through our collective commitment and cooperation, we are working with determination to advance the sector globally and support its deployment in our two countries. We are delighted with this signing, which strengthens our joint initiatives at a bilateral level and at a European level," adds Philippe Boucly, President of France Hydrogène.
