Jesper Zerlang appointed new CEO of ProMark

Jesper Zerlang brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including 15 years as CEO of LogPoint, where he successfully transformed the company into one of Europe’s leading cyber security companies. With a strong focus on customer and partner relations, combined with a passion for fostering employee growth, Jesper is known for creating an environment that drives business success.

His appointment is part of the strategic vision set by Fortino Capital, following their majority investment in ProMark in the summer of 2024. Fortino Capital aims to elevate ProMark from its position as a Nordic market leader to becoming a prominent European challenger in the Workforce Management solutions space.

Jesper Zerlang succeeds Torkel Olrik, who has served as CEO since 2007. During his tenure, Torkel guided ProMark through significant milestones, including its transformation into a leading Nordic provider of Workforce Management solutions.
