(“Venture Global”, NYSE: VG) announced today that its subsidiary, Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC (“VGPL”) has closed an offering of $3,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes, which has been issued in two series: (i) a series of 6.125% senior secured notes due 2030 in an aggregate principal amount of $1,750,000,000 (the “2030 Notes”) and (ii) a series of 6.500% senior secured notes due 2034 in an aggregate principal amount of $1,250,000,000 (the “2034 Notes” and, together with the 2030 Notes, the “Notes”). The 2030 Notes will mature on December 15, 2030, and the 2034 Notes will mature on June 15, 2034.
