Share

You can now vote abroad for the European elections on 9 June 2024.

On Sunday 9 June 2024, the elections for the European Parliament will be held in Denmark. If you are abroad, you can cast your vote now at the Danish embassy or a Danish consulate in the country.

You must cast your vote well in advance to allow sufficient time for the vote to reach your municipality in Denmark before the elections open on Sunday 9 June 2024 at 9 am.

If you live abroad, your vote will only count if you are enrolled in the electoral register or will be enrolled in the electoral register for the European elections.

You can read more about advance voting on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website and the Ministry of the Interior and Health's website.
