The ODP Corporation Announces HG Vora Representative Steps Down from Board of Directors

The ODP Corporation (“ODP,” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:ODP), a leading provider of business services, products and digital workplace technology solutions to businesses and consumers, today announced that, following the expiration of the January 2021 Cooperation Agreement between the Company and HG Vora, Marcus Dunlop, partner at HG Vora, has stepped down from the ODP Board of Directors, effective December 31, 2023.
