Falck and Verisure announce a strengthening of their security offerings
Falck and Verisure today announce that they have entered into transactions to launch a new sales cooperation for monitored alarm services to families and small business owners in Denmark and Norway. As part of the cooperation, Verisure is acquiring Falck’s alarm customer portfolio and certain other operational assets in Denmark and Norway. The cooperation will allow Falck and Verisure to work together to develop new, premium alarm solutions for the Danish and Norwegian markets.

The transactions are subject to applicable regulatory approvals. The cooperation in Denmark was completed on September 30th, 2016.
