Falck Fire Services UK awarded multi-year contract with South Tees Site Company

Falck Fire Services UK is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a multi-year contract by the South Tees Site Company to provide security and emergency medical response services across the whole of the Redcar Steelworks site.
South Tees Site Company (STSC) and its sister company the South Tees Development Corporation (STDC) are leading the redevelopment of the former steelworks site near Middlesbrough in North East England, undertaking one of the biggest industrial redevelopment projects in the UK .The redevelopment is intended to bring 20,000 jobs to the region over the next 15 years.
The deal to support this site of national economic significance through its evolving regeneration programme highlights Falck’s capability to flex its core services throughout the changing needs of the programme lifecycle, adding value throughout and enabling STSC and STDC to focus on developing the site for its exhilarating future.
